I was online for the presentation and was barely able to hear the questions and Sheila and on this video it could easily be louder and I see no option for being able to increase the sound; would appreciate that availability being included in future

Sorry you had trouble hearing it. The sound quality is as good as the phone system that is used and Sheila’s voice seemed to be louder than mine. I tried doubling the feed when I uploaded it to the video track but that didn’t help.
So you see it’s not as easy to do for me as you suggest it is.
I have found that when I connect my computer to a headphone the volume increases dramatically. So try listening with headphones.
Hi I also noticed how hard it was to hear so I put on some headphones where you are able to then turn up the volume on the head set which made it much easier to hear. I hope this helps.
Tried to listen to replay, but sound level is so low, even with small external speaker, that I gave up after a short while. Headphones exaggerated the difference between your voice level and Sheila’s, which made for a frustrating experience. What a pity.
